The Improvement of Product Quality Showing Hard Power of “Made in China”

Launched in 2011, the annual MEI Awards Selection has been held for six years. The MEI Awards Evaluation is targeted at all Chinese products and the juries consist of domestic industrial product design experts, industry experts and international purchasers. Based on product quality, production innovation, practicability and market performance, the juriesselected products that can best show China’s manufacturing standard. It is stricter with product quality this year compared with previous ones as we have to check product patent and testing reports in the process of initial evaluation. We also set up Excellent Quality Award for those benchmarking enterprises because of their excellent product quality, hoping that China could transform from “Made in China” into “High Quality-made in China”.

Establishing Communication and Display Platform, Making “Made in China go

During the Evaluation, the MEI Awards Committee provides more trading opportunities and larger display platforms for those companies by holding activities such as “Global Superior Products Press Conference”, “Online Promotion”, “Trade Matching” and “Medium Publicity”, etc. This year we will participate in eight global exhibitions and promote our outstanding manufacturers and their products, making international buyers and the whole world see the quality of Chinese products, the power of Chinese design and the strength of Chinese manufacturers.

The MEI Awards Committee has also set up a communication platform for domestic manufacturers, international trading experts and senior purchasers and we have held eight activities (such as Business Communication, Famous Enterprises Learning Camp, Manufacturing Communication Summit, etc) in eight cities of China. The participants have been to many excellent companies and learned a lot from their company leaders about managing experience and the key of how Chinese manufacturing products win international buyers favor. Moreover, the MEI Awards Organizing Committee will also help more  manufacturers improve their comprehensive strength and build international competitive brands through activities like design training and resource matching.

The MEI Awards Ceremony and Awarded Products World Premiere will take place in Guangzhou on  October 18th. Besides above-mentioned activities, the MEI Awards Organizing Committee will better exploit the value of “Made in China” and improve enterprises’ producing level and designing ability through many other activities, which will ultimately promote brand added-value of “Made in China” and help Chinese products win international market’s negotiation power.
