Our factory was established in 1970 and is a state-owned enterprise approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry of China. It is one of the four major shafts in China, specializing in the production of spherical roller bearings and cylindrical roller bearings. It has been in the bearing industry for 50 years.
90% of our customers are currently from Europe, the United States and Japan, mainly from the following aspects to control product quality
a) Row material control
At our local area, there are many raw material and parts manufacturers and we keep good relationship with them. We have large and stable purchase quantity from them and they guarantee to supply stable quality material and parts to us. They arranged a person who ONLY responsible for our material's & parts production and delivery to make sure safe quality.
b) Factory Workshop
We employ more than 500 people, including 80 professional technicians. We have over 400 sets of production equipment as well as 350 sets of advanced testing machines on site.
c) Production Process
Each process is integrated into our understanding of the product.
d) Quality Control
After finished the bearings, we could send some samples for your reference. After you are satisfied with our samples, then we will arrange delivery.
e) Quality complains
If any customers make quality complains, we'll forward it to our service team. They will report directly to our factory manager. Usually we will hold a meeting with production, purchasing and packaging departments in 24 hours, and will response in 48 hours with feedbacks and solution.
f) Negotiation
Usually we contact customers by email. We also go abroad every year to different market to visit our current customers. We'll meet and talk face to face for a better understanding.
