KCT-1112 11 Axis CNC Compression and versatile spring making machine. It has total 11 axis: 1 feeding axis, 1 pitch axis, 2 up-down swing axis; 1 slide plate axis, 1 upper slider axis; 1 slider slipping axis; 1slider front-back cutter axis; 1 upper beveling cutter axis; 1 down beveling cutter axis.
The controller is easily to operate and make the spring forming handy and easy. Controlled the feeding system through CNC programme, at the same time the feeding accuracy can be reach within 0.01mm .
The computer control the feeding system, the moving unit is 0.01mm, the maximum moving length is 99999.99 unit.
