The emergence of the third generation ozone technology - PEM electrolysis ozone generation technology has greatly expanded the application of ozone. It overcomes the disadvantages of the traditional high voltage corona method. The core electrode of the generator is non consumption type, and the use cost is low. The ozone concentration produced by the generator is more than 6 times higher than that of the traditional high voltage corona method. Especially, the ozone generated does not contain nitrogen oxides and volatile organic pollutants proposed by national environmental monitoring. It is a real low-carbon energy-saving and environmental protection product. Therefore, its application field is broader, which represents the inevitable trend of the development of ozone production technology. The principle of producing ozone by electrolysis is to electrolyze deionized water at the positive and negative poles of the solid membrane electrode with low-voltage direct current. Water is separated into hydrogen and oxygen molecules in the form of proton exchange at the special anode solution interface. The hydrogen molecules are directly discharged from the cathode solution interface. The oxygen molecules obtain energy on the anode interface due to the electron excitation generated by high density current and polymerize into ozone Molecules. This method does not need any auxiliary materials and additives. The concentration of ozone produced is as high as 20% (weight ratio, 250 ~ 280mg / L, high pressure is 1-3%), the accompanying substance of ozone gas is oxygen, no harmful substances such as nitrogen oxides are produced, and there is no secondary pollution. The core electrode of the generator is non consumption type, and the equipment can operate stably only if the conductivity of electrolyte pure water meets the requirements.
